Tourism Development International has been appointed to prepare an Operation Plan for Killarney House and Gardens on behalf of the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, whose priority is “The key deliverable is the development of a viable comprehensive sustainable operational/business plan for Killarney House and Gardens, having explored the various options for operational models that could be implemented by the NPWS to operate Killarney House and Gardens as a visitor attraction”.
