Tourism Development International conducts the Accommodation Occupancy Survey on behalf of Fáilte Ireland. This is a state of the season survey which has been conducted since 2003.
The objective of this research is to provide an insight into bed and room occupancies in the guesthouse, B&B and self-catering sectors. Information on the performance of the main markets is also collected for each of these sectors.
